Carnival Inspiration Cruise Oct. 5, 2009 |
|||||
This cruise was with our church group. There were about 30 of us, and we had a great time. We took a 5 day cruise to Grand Cayman Islands, Cozumel, Mexico, and two days at sea. Cabin number: E176. The food was wonderful, there was good entertainment, and we got to know several people on a deeper level. One of the favorite afternoon activities was miniature golf on the upper deck, but one day was so windy, the golf balls wouldn't stay on the course! Carnival isn't our favorite cruise line, mainly because of decor and service, but overall it wasn't a bad experience. For traveling in October, the weather was pretty good. We had nice warm days and comfortable evenings. If you're looking for free WiFi in Grand Cayman, about a block off the main streets is a Subway. Clean tables and cool dining room. They will let you use their place until the restaurant gets really busy with a lunch crowd. |
